Janelle Ford reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.

Returns

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please adhere to the following requirements in order to receive a refund or credit:
All returns require prior authorization. Please send an email to janelleford@janelleford.com to receive an authorized return code. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your authorized return code.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all Janelle Ford garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Returns that are not accompanied with an authorized return code will NOT be processed and returned back to the sender. Items returned outside of the 14-day timeframe are accepted at the discretion of Janelle Ford and may only be refunded as an online store credit. Please note that Authorized Return Codes requested after 7 days may also be granted at our discretion.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

Shipping
All merchandise will be insured and shipped FED EX ground.

You will receive an email containing a final invoice along with a picture of your bag when your order is complete and ready for shipping!

Insurance

Janelle Ford insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you.

Product Descriptions & Colors

While we, and any affiliates, attempt to provide accurate information on the Site, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this Site will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Your sole remedy for the purchase of any product on the Site is to return it for a full or partial refund as set forth in the shipping contract governing such purchase.

FAQ's

May I order a particular item that is sold out?
Although many of the items are made to order, when the item is sold out, no more will be made.

Is it possible to speed up an order?
No, it isn't. All orders placed are made in the order in which it was received. No cutting in line. No exceptions.

4 to 8 weeks delivery! Why so long?
The length of time between ordering and receiving your purchase depends on the amount of orders already in-house. Some orders according to size may take as little as 2 weeks to be receive, however, no order will exceed 8 weeks for delivery.

LEATHER FACTS
Leather is a by-product of the meatpacking industry. Cattle have never been raised for their hides alone. In fact, if not for the leather industry, this remarkable resource would go to waste. Leather is one of the most durable, environmentally sound materials available. Leather stands up to wear and tear and has a minimal impact on the environment.
The same can be said for the exotic hides, i.e., alligator, crocodile, ostrich, snakes, eel, etc. All are by-products of the meatpacking industry, but on a higher scale. These meats are considered a delicacy that would be classified as high-end.
